OVERVIEW
Refunds or and cancelation of online orders will be subject to a 10% handling fee.
A next day delivery service is used for Gauteng only and your package will be sent the same day if you order and make payment before 11h00.
Regrettably, no orders will be shipped on Public Holidays or Weekends (This includes Fridays as no shipping happens over a weekend).
The Cape and KZN will be a road freight 2-5 day delivery due to SAA not allowing Liquids, Batteries, and so forth to be flown on aircraft any longer.
Pick up from the shop is also available as an option at checkout, please arrange a time with us to ensure that your parcel is ready when you get to the shop.
We have a seven-day exchange and refund policy. You will have to give us an explanation for the return and offer us the opportunity to address the problem. There are a few exceptions that cannot be returned or refunded. Items that are deemed to be consumables (coils, e-liquid etc.)

This option is FREE within PTA East Area
Option 2: Overnight Delivery (Gauteng Only)
The cost here is currently R220. Overnight is to major city centers like Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria and East London, If you are unsure if your area fits into this category please contact us or The Courier Guy before placing your order. Our current process is that we send you a tracking number once your order has been processed. Once you have this tracking number and it appears on “The Courier Guy” tracking service all communication regarding your package can be direct to them as they have ownership of the package until signed off by yourself. Should you need to change details of delivery please arrange this with them directly. Please note this applies for Monday to Thursday orders. We do not do weekend delivery. Orders placed before 11h00 will go out the same day once payment has been received. Orders after 11h00 will go out 1st thing the following morning.
Option 3: Outlying areas
The cost here is currently R220. Outlying areas are areas that are a fair distance from a major town or city like Kimberley, Piet Retief, Paarl etc. If you are unsure if your area fits into this category please contact us or “The Courier Guy” before placing your order. Our current process is that we send you a tracking number once your order has been processed. PLEASE NOTE THAT Fog It Up WILL ENDEAVOUR TO HAVE ALL ORDERS SENT OUT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. ONCE ORDERS ARE SHIPPED, WE ARE AT THE MERCY OF OUR COURIER PARTNERS AND CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LATE DELIVERIES.

4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Fog It Up is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Fog It Up will refund the client
in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.

Fog It Up shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal

6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, or by bank transfer into the Fog It Up bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
7. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Fog It Up via Yoco who are the approved payment gateway for all South African
Acquiring Banks. Yoco uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the
website. Users may go to www.yoko.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Fog It Up separately from card details which are entered by the client on Yoco’s secure site. For

9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is
South African Rand (ZAR).
10. Responsibility
Fog It Up takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website,
customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
11. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Fog It Up chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under
this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
12. Variation
Fog It Up may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Returns & Exchanges
We have a seven-day out of the box failure exchange and refund policy. You will have to give us an explanation for the return and offer us the opportunity to address the problem. The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 7 working days of delivery confirming via email if the Goods are damaged. If you receive the wrong goods, please do not open them. Inform us immediately. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. If the Buyer would like to return any goods for any reason at all, the Buyer may do so within 7 days of receiving the purchased goods. Goods returned must be in a new and unused condition. The Seller will refund the cost of the goods; however shipping charges are non-refundable, unless it’s a mistake made by Fog It Up. Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller for a replacement after receiving prior confirmation by the Seller via e-mail. If an item is found defective and it is still within the manufacturer warranty period the item will be repaired or replaced, unless the warranty has been voided by misuse. Please note as per the CPA the seller is allowed 2 weeks to check a faulty device and return. Please be patient with us while we check the device. Prior consent from the Seller must be approved via e-mail before any Goods are shipped back to the Seller. All returns are the responsibility of the Buyer until the returned Goods reach the Seller. Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number of the original purchase on the package. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer Refunds and warranties will not be applied to Goods that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence or not correctly following the instructions supplied with the product With all purchases we provide 7 day policy where if the product is at fault we will exchange. Refunds are only issued when we have had a chance to resolve the problem with you. If you require a refund then at your cost all goods must be returned to us by post and you must take reasonable care to ensure that they are returned in good condition.
